Those
reviews focus on the "Work Environment" within the organizations that I
have researched --- a cross sampling nationally of the entire
Ryan
White Care Act Social Service Agency Non-Profit Organizations. I
sit here in standing difference that I am outside of that circle
of influence as a client
and not an current or former employee to generate Glassdoor reviews on that site..
Much
of what is found on Glassdoor in these circumstances is actually quite
disturbing to read, from the clients' position of standing how we fit
into the business
operational model considering we are
outsiders looking into the work environment. This view from
typically former employees having an opinion of what occurs under the
roofs of a "toxic" or " hate infected" or "distrusting" work environment.
These are the facts, Michael. [ Not Mr Maynard, but a human first Michael being addressed here ].
I
am worried for mine and other's own health outcomes in this loss of
#SocialTrust that has generated a hate, harassment, and retaliation
against me that I have documented to the record through my life
interfaced to the Ryan White Care act social service agencies.
I have done my very best to not explode at innocence who may not realize what is the truth that is actually happening.
But
that explosion is at the highest level of actually breaking --- out off
my coping skills to hold a secret when it is showing exposed. If
we break the trust that we could establish when we actually take a
concern overall to what cause and effect this conspiracy has held onto
our society and communities, all will be well. All will not be
well if this trust is broken instead of the conspiracy broken. We
must break this conspiracy today, not tomorrow.
This
conspiracy is very much real. It can be like I said, correlated
and confirmed by internal sources of opinions by Glassdoor Reviews to
these circumstances.
This
is obvious that I am seeking a remedy resolution that your very own
mental wellness staff of 2007 advised to the wellness of me to remove
the vulnerability to repeating cycles of the dysfunctional presence of
life. I have had my coping levels to their very last stretch of
sanity.
I realize that what I seek
is out of the reach of your normal operations. That is not an
excuse to not provide such service orientation.
This
is not a normal condition of a client interface. it would
