Dear Foothill AIDS Project AIDS Project [ San Bernardino Office ] -- My name is James Martin Driskill. I have a very public story to disclose to the public which includes the media. First off, I am re-signed up as a client in San Bernardino and San Bernardino is my hometown. So this story is going to unfold from this location. Next thing you should know is that I am a former FAP Client back in 2006 and 2007 when this letter created from Dr. Howard Newsome.
I have re-established case management services with a very very specific target agenda. The bottom line, to re-assert my rights as a citizen of the United States who has been on disability since 2000 and that my rights as a person with disability has been violated in and throughout my case management [ history ] from when I was first diagnosed with HIV in September 1999 and AIDS Symptomatic at my first positive test with a T-Cell count of 156.
There is an agenda to suppress the rights of persons with disabilities within the Ryan White Agency of service providers that must terminate immediately. My case management now based once again from San Bernardino California [ my hometown ] where I was forced to relocate after events in 2005 and 2006 in Oakland which led to the writing of this mental health advocacy letter from Dr. Howard Newsome.
I DEMAND SOME ATTENTION TO MATTERS OF GRAVE CONCERN overall individually and dynamically cross-regions Oakland, Inland Empire, and Denver Colorado to which my entire case management history and my perspective of failed case managements after failed case managements have occurred. This time, there is no turning back to actually empower, enable, reinforce, and return to the proper case management duties that I demand in my case and to be restructured to place my case as an example of what not to do --- and to take my case --- force it upward beyond regional case management focus up into Ryan White Care policy and doc and to establish standards that allow HIV persons [ as persons with disabilities ] to enforce their rights as persons living in our society as per the CONVENTION of the UNITED NATIONS and that CONVENTION that occurred in 2009.
Furthermore, I am here writing this first time public address to the offenses that have occurred in my case management are in fact documented online and are not going anywhere.
